Final Nursery Design

So.... I have finally decided on the nursery theme/decor.

I am painting it Spearmint Burst ( a Valspar color) and using black and white bedding found at Babies R us. My parents have bought us a wonderful black crib and the additional furniture will be existing hand me down pieces we already had in the spare room. I am very very excited to paint the room and put it together!!! It still will take some time.... but by sunday... I might be able to post some "actual" photos of our nursery minus the crib. YAY!!!!

So, we found out it's a boy. Now do I really want him to have a periwinkle bedroom??? hmmm
I don't want to make it too boyish but it may be easier to find bedding and decor to look more boyish if i change the color. I like the nursery above... it's such a warm color. I think it will be ok for a boy's room...

Nursery Ideas...

YAY!!!... I finally found a nursery photo similar to what i was picturing for our nursery..
I already have one ikea shelf to use, so I would just need to buy one more to match. I may do the same thing shown above and put them on both sides of the window.

Costume Ideas???

I am still unsure what to be for Halloween... i like to look cute rather than scary.... but still halloween-ie..... my ideas so far were: Corpse Bride, dead or alive vintage barbie, or skeleton gothic girl.
